Kurt BrattonChief Executive Officer
Kurt has more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in large, complex organizations in manufacturing and distribution service businesses. Prior to TurnPoint, Kurt held positions at Brightview, Republic Services, Saint Gobain and Johns Manville.

Tim is in charge of operational controls, safety, policies, and systems to ensure financial strength and operational efficiency throughout the portfolio of brands. Prior to joining TurnPoint in 2018 Tim spent 24 years in the Landscape Industry most recently as Vice President of Operations at Brightview Landscape Services.

Jamie GerdsenChief People Officer
Jamie joined TurnPoint in 2020. Prior to joining the team to lead efforts to prioritize people in TurnPoint’s eco-system, Jamie was the CEO/Owner of an award-winning service business, Apollo Home in Cincinnati. In addition, Jamie also sits on the Board of Nexstar.

Curtis BraggChief Strategy Officer
Since joining TurnPoint as EVP of Enterprise Growth, Curtis served as Chief Growth Officer responsible for marketing, call centers and sales channels. He now guides TurnPoint’s expansion strategy. His 40-year career in distributed businesses spans diverse functions, experiences, and leadership positions with, among others, ABM, Brightview, Aramark, and ServiceMaster.

Stephen SaundersChief Development Officer
Stephen leads the company’s acquisition strategy, sourcing and execution efforts. Prior to joining TurnPoint, Stephen spent more than 20 years as an investment banker advising clients in mergers, acquisitions, and other complex corporate transactions.

Dan GodbeyChief Financial Officer
Dan oversees the treasury, reporting and financial planning and analysis functions of the organization. Dan is a CPA with more than 25 years’ experience in financial leadership roles, including CFO of the Americas for interdealer broker ICAP. Prior to ICAP, he was an audit manager for PwC. He graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.

Adam McDonaldChief Integration & Information Officer
Adam started at TurnPoint in 2017 as Project Manager helping to design TurnPoint’s internal systems and on-boarding new family members, responsibilities he continues today as Chief Integration & Information Officer. Prior to joining TurnPoint he worked in hospitality operations for 20 years with Hyatt, Marriott and Wyndham after graduating from Western Kentucky University.

Felipe joined TurnPoint in 2022 to lead the growth marketing function and scale sales, segment, and channel strategies. A hallmark of Flip’s 20-year career has been driving strong customer value through technology-enabled field sales teams. Prior to TurnPoint, he held several executive sales and operational positions at Republic Services.

Celia CatlettGeneral Counsel
Celia oversees the legal function at TurnPoint. She brings over 20 years of legal and compliance experience to the role, and was the General Counsel of Texas Roadhouse, Inc. before joining TurnPoint. Celia also serves on the board of Limestone Bank, a publicly traded company, and Mothers Esquire, Inc., a 501(c)(3) whose mission is to achieve gender equity in the legal profession.
