Chief Executive OfficerKurt has more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in large, complex organizations in manufacturing and distribution service businesses. Prior to TurnPoint, Kurt held positions at Brightview, Republic Services, Saint Gobain and Johns Manville.

Chief People OfficerJamie joined TurnPoint in 2020. Prior to joining the team to lead efforts to prioritize people in TurnPoint’s eco-system, Jamie was the CEO/Owner of an award-winning service business, Apollo Home in Cincinnati. In addition, Jamie also sits on the Board of Nexstar.

Curtis Bragg
Chief Strategy OfficerSince joining TurnPoint as EVP of Enterprise Growth, Curtis served as Chief Growth Officer responsible for marketing, call centers and sales channels. He now guides TurnPoint’s expansion strategy. His 40-year career in distributed businesses spans diverse functions, experiences, and leadership positions with, among others, ABM, Brightview, Aramark, and ServiceMaster.

Chief Development OfficerStephen leads the company’s acquisition strategy, sourcing and execution efforts. Prior to joining TurnPoint, Stephen spent more than 20 years as an investment banker advising clients in mergers, acquisitions, and other complex corporate transactions.

Dan Godbey
Chief Financial Officer
Dan oversees the treasury, reporting and financial planning and analysis functions of the organization. Dan is a CPA with more than 25 years’ experience in financial leadership roles, including CFO of the Americas for interdealer broker ICAP. Prior to ICAP, he was an audit manager for PwC. He graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.

Adam McDonald
Chief Integration & Information OfficerAdam started at TurnPoint in 2017 as Project Manager helping to design TurnPoint’s internal systems and on-boarding new family members, responsibilities he continues today as Chief Integration & Information Officer. Prior to joining TurnPoint he worked in hospitality operations for 20 years with Hyatt, Marriott and Wyndham after graduating from Western Kentucky University.

Chief Legal OfficerCelia oversees the legal function at TurnPoint. She brings over 20 years of legal and compliance experience to the role, and was the General Counsel of Texas Roadhouse, Inc. before joining TurnPoint. Celia also serves on the board of Limestone Bank, a publicly traded company, and Mothers Esquire, Inc., a 501(c)(3) whose mission is to achieve gender equity in the legal profession.

Chief of StaffKen works in close partnership with the CEO and senior leadership team on structure, strategy, leadership, execution, and culture to optimize organizational functioning and performance. When he joined TurnPoint in 2021, Ken led Business Transformation and Optimization efforts. Previously, he spent his entire 30-year career in distributed services in both line management and functional leadership roles across numerous industry sectors.
