TurnPoint Services Acquires Ellington Air Conditioning & Heat
December 5, 2019 – TurnPoint Services has announced the acquisition of Ellington Air Conditioning & Heat in Rockledge, Florida. The transaction was completed on December 3, 2019. TurnPoint continues to expand in key geographies by acquiring high-performing service businesses with strong brand equity.
Ellington Air Conditioning & Heat has been in business since 1996. The company provides all residential and commercial HVAC services in Brevard County, Volusia County and the middle and lower Florida Keys. With more than 40 employees, they are fully equipped to handle all service needs quickly and efficiently with room for future growth.
