Jeff McCall serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of TurnPoint, where he oversees day‑to‑day brand operations and revenue generation with a focus on operational excellence, organic growth, and exceptional customer and employee experiences. He brings more than 20 years of experience leading large, distributed, multi‑site consumer services organizations, with deep expertise in operational leadership, growth acceleration, and value creation. Prior to TurnPoint, Jeff held senior leadership roles across the home services, hospitality, and healthcare industries. He holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University.
